Message from Dr. Jen Faber, Founder of Ahana
I'VE ALWAYS BELIEVED THAT HEALING STARTS WITH FINDING THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM.
Pain is one of our greatest teachers. It’s there to help us release something deeper.
My journey started with helping people heal from physical pain, and ultimately get to the root cause of why it was happening. I’ve never believed in masking symptoms, because it’s our body and mind telling us to put attention there.
Through my journey, I've learned that our ability to heal is based on something deeper than the physical.
It’s about the energy we carry. The wounds, insecurities, and fears we still carry with us from earlier in life.
All of that emotional baggage impacts who we are. Our thoughts, beliefs, and feelings shape the decisions we make and the life we lead. Too often, we hold ourselves back because of fear.
THAT'S WHAT I DID FOR FAR TOO LONG.
For years I held onto low confidence and self-loathing that started in childhood to shame and guilt from mistakes in my past. All this did was hurt others and hide my light.
That emotional pain manifested as self-hatred, physical weight, and missing out on life because I was too caught up in my own head.
THE FREEDOM CAME WHEN I LET ALL OF THAT EMOTIONAL WEIGHT GO.
So I built Ahana as a platform for people like you to help you on your journey to heal and be free.
Because deep down, we all want two simple things…
…to let go of what’s holding us back.
…and to be who we really are underneath the mask we’ve built to fit in.
Ahana signifies the first rays of a the sun. It embodies the concept of a fresh start and the awakening of your true self.
Ahana encourages letting go of the past, embracing change, and embarking on a transformative journey of self-discovery and growth.
